Farewell, good friend and enjoy your next journey across the seas.

A loyal friend; a good chef; a man of great kindness, generosity and empathy; an ingenious inventor. Sadly missed in Minnis Bay and far beyond.

Such a shock. Sadie, Sally and Carol, you are still in my thoughts. Although could not attend we sat and watched the funeral from the Crem. So sad.

In memory of my dear cousin David. Who always greeted me with such a warm and lovely smile. You will be missed by so many.

I met Dave professionally in 2007. We later became good friends. He was one of the most friendly people I knew, he always had a smile and always greeted people when we were out cycling. I will miss him.

In loving memory of my big cousin David. He was taken too soon and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Our thoughts and love go to Auntie Sadie and all the family.

Dave Ruffel was a unique individual who always had a smile, a story and a helping hand for everyone. At the Windshack cafe in Minnis Bay he was much loved by all who met him. He was an endless source of knowlegde on a wide variety of subjects and had an ecclectic mix of friends from all different social groups. We all miss him dearly and are grateful we got to meet such an amazing character as Dave.
