Peacefully on Sunday, May 3, 2015, in the excellent care of the staff at Cairdean House Nursing Home, Walter, aged 95 years, beloved husband of the late Madge "Kelly", brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many both at home and abroad. A celebration of Walter's long and interesting life will take place at Warriston Crematorium, Cloister Chapel, on Wednesday, May 13, at 2.30pm, thereafter Walter will be laid to rest at Rosebank Cemetery, Pilrig Street, Edinburgh.
