You always made photography classes much more cheeky and amusing. I will never forget the sight of you wearing a tiara to be our model! Thank you for making everyone who knew you smile

Alan was my mate. To be honest, he was so much more than a mate, he was a true friend and I am honoured to have had him in my life. He is in my memory now and always will be.

We had a lot of fun together eating out with our wives, meals at home together, going away on holidays as a foursome and the odd game of golf together. Oh, and we also got a little pickled together more than once!

Alan was a gent, he was great company, friendly, caring, genuine, funny and someone who was always there if I needed him without asking, 'Why?'

I shall miss you mate, really miss you. God bless you wherever you are and whoever you're with - I know who I hope it is.

I am so sorry that I did not have the pleasure of meeting Alan wright. I can see from the kind words that he was very loved and will be missed dearly. I know how painful it is to lose someone we love. I have found deep comfort in knowing that when we die we are no longer suffering at all and only resting in Gods memory. I gained this knowledge from God's word itself he also promises that all these who have died will be awkon at his appointed time. I am hoping that This website (JW.ORG) will continue to bring you the comfort you need.
Sincere regards Siobhan Tear
