Jeremy Brown (Jerry), sadly taken from us 3rd April 2020, aged 54 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. A beloved husband to Tricia and much loved dad to Sophie, son of Heather and the late Thomas and dear brother to Julie. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Due to current restrictions a private burial will take place at Combs Cemetery on Monday 20th April 2020. A thanksgiving service to follow at a later date. Flowers or donations, if desired, made payable to St Elizabeth Hospice may be sent c/o Andrew Bingham Independent Funeral Service, The Nutshell, Milton Road South, Stowmarket. 01449 771666

Tricia and Sophie. I worked with Jerry at Stowmarket Co-op Food Hall, approx 1993-1995. I was just randomly looking up people on Facebook and saw of his passing. Very sad, and my thoughts are with you. I was a ‘Saturday-boy’ at Co-op and both Jerry and Andy made my time there fantastic - they were great fun and very kind. Once the three of us (at Andy’s insistence) are raw liver, raw eggs and a block of lard for lunch… I couldn’t get the egg down my throat and Andy had it dribbling from his mouth, but I seem to remember Jerry loved it. Pranks a plenty, and happy memories. X
