In loving memory of the late Jeffrey Arthur Baxter who sadly passed away on 21st April 2015

Passed away peacefully in Guys Hospital
on 21st April 2015 aged 70 years surrounded by his children and Wife.
A much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather.

Funeral service will take place at The Garden of England Crematorium Bobbing
on Thursday 14th May 2015 at 4:00 pm.
