In loving memory of Andrew Worthington who sadly passed away on 4th April 2020
There’s another star in the sky. After a short but difficult battle with cancer, he’s at peace now. He was so brave and strong throughout. We’re going to miss him so much he was the best Brother, Son and Uncle. We can’t thank Hayward house enough for looking after him so well in the last months of his life. Also thank you to all the other wards and departments at QMC and City Hospital, who looked after Andrew including my own unit critical care xxx

I only knew Andrew for a few years. He was a kind and quiet gentleman, and it was a pleasure working alongside him. He taught me quite a bit and I would not be where I am without his help, nor without his patience.

My thoughts are with his family.

If there was more people in the world like him it would be a better place.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew for the last five years.
During this time Andrew would always listen to my ideas, always provide support and genius IT solutions, nothing was too much trouble.
