In loving memory of Matthew McCombe who sadly passed away on 14th March 2020. We please ask you to share your memories and stories of our beloved Matthew.

Matthew was a gentle giant who touched the lives of everyone he met. He was truly a great friend, an amazing cousin, grandson, nephew and a beautiful son. A keen footballer, he was never far away from the pitch, and loved spending his time with friends and family. Matthew had time for everyone, the kindest of souls, who never had a bad word to say about anyone. I’m sure anyone who knows Matthew will say the same, and have a story which will keep us laughing.

We ask you to to write down some memories you have of our Matthew, to look back and think of him as he was; funny, charming and beautifully natured.

Thank you.

3 years ago I shared a message from Matthew's family, while they were searching for them. I hoped and prayed they would find him. As a mother I couldn't fathom the anguish the family must have felt to not be close to Matthew and have to look for him overseas. I still think about you all every now and then, from the south of the Netherlands. Wishing you all the best and hoping Matthew is in the best place one could ever imagine.
