FAMILY
Our family started off as ten.
When young we’d build a house, or den.
One by one, that den we left.
To pastures new, and Mum bereft.
We’d meet at parties, and weddings, a few.
Not like old times, yes, that’s true.
So sorry you’re gone,
Your family behind.
In this world that we still live in,
Let’s just be kind 🌹
Although you’re gone, your spirit will live on forever. I love you Dad. I hope I made you proud ❤️
