  • This is how I remember Lynor. She was vibrant with a joy and love for life. We were good friends in BT. So sad to hear she passed away and unable to attend her funeral.

Eric, thinking of you at this sad time. Lynor battled so bravely and showed great courage throughout her last two years. You had such good times together in France and in Galloway. It is sad your time together in Currie was so short.
Much love . Ian and Jeanette.

I only knew Lynor for the last two years of her life, she had such dignity, strength , a wicked sense of humour, and a beautiful smile. May you be at peace, and never forgotten.

Lynor was a lovely lady, always welcoming, embracing life regardless to what it threw at you!
It always felt to both of us, that Lynor had a ‘soft spot’ for John and we recall the last time we saw you both, when we spent a lovely few days at your beautiful bungalow in West Scotland.
We hold these memories close to our hearts, especially at this time.

Lynor was the most caring thoughtful person to everyone she met. I feel honoured and special for knowing the amazing person that Lynor was. She showed us that no matter how hard life can be, we must all learn from it every day and embrace every moment of it, because we never know how or when it's gonna end. Much loved x x

  • I have just finished watching my chum’s funeral via the webcam. I made the decision not to attend due to a persistent cough. What a beautiful service, just perfect for my beautiful friend. Thank you for the privilege of being able to attend. Rest in peace my chum. ♥️ Mij x
