In loving memory of John Anthony Woodhams who sadly passed away on 23rd March 2020.
He left us far too soon, and there are no words to describe what it is to lose someone to an illness they fought so hard against. And there are no words either to sum up John’s life, however he was a fantastic husband to Jane, father to Richard & Joanne and brother to Keith.

As you may be aware, John was cared for by St Christopher's, both at home and in their Sydenham Hospice. The support and care given to both John and the family was second to none, despite these challenging times. Due to current circumstances, John's funeral was not what it should have been, but we will certainly celebrate his life later in the year and will be in touch with details.

Thank you everyone for your messages of support. It's been a difficult time, especially with the current situation, but it means so much to see the generosity and memories shared by you all.
The care that St Christopher's provided was incredible. The nurses and doctors were all genuinely caring people and were available, whenever required, to give advice or help manage my Dad's pain.
The majority of the money in my donation was given to me as a gift by a group of my closest friends to help support us at a time when we would usually have got together to talk about things. This was organised by Harry Warsop and Nick Kirkpatrick, so a huge thank you to them and all that put in.
Dad, I'm sad you're gone but glad you're now at peace. Thank you for always trying to point me in the right direction, I wouldn't be the man I am today without you. Love, always xxx
