A lovely man, a true gentleman and a "gentle man". Loved and respected by all who knew him. I was never one of "Bill's Boys" but his sincerity and love of the KT Degree made a great impression upon me, as it did on all those whose lives he touched with his kindness and personal integrity and love of the Order.

Today, but for the situation we all find ourselves in, we would all have been at the Funeral of our dear friend Bill. An opportunity to have shown the respect, love and friendship that we have in him. We may not be there Bill but we are all thinking of you and all the fond memories that we have shared. I am proud and lucky to have been your friend and most of all to have been one of the first referred to...As Bills Boys...They were great times Bill and I will never forget them or you. The picture that I have put on here, is one that I sent you some years ago, I won't type on here what you said, and shows a Knight that I brought for my Garden, I brought it because it reminded me of you, leaning on your sword, with that look and those thoughts of '' Call themselves Bodyguard, what the Hell am I going to do with this lot!!!'' It is still in my garden, he is called Bill and he will always be there to remind me of all the good times that we had. Rest in Peace Bill, you will always be remembered with Love and affection. Thank you for some great Years. Roger xx

I will never forget the kind support Bill gave to me when my father died so many years ago. Bill was a lovely man who gave me friendship, kindness and advice. I was pleased as punch to have been one of "Bill's Boys". Rest in peace, Q.

Bill & Pat looking very dashing on a ship. We have heard lots of great stories about when they first met on a ship & the adventures they have had on board since then.
