A true gentleman. Will be greatly missed. Will miss our Sunday sessions at MRCC, chatting about football and putting the world to rights! You never once complained about what you were going through, you stayed positive throughout. A true friend.

David, you were a true gentleman with a sense of humour (a Man Utd fan after all!) and a no nonsense attitude, you fought your illness with such dignity. I’ll always appreciate how you welcomed and accepted me as your son in law and for all you have done for Rachael and I. Ripley & Hudson will greatly miss visits from their Grandad. Rest in peace Dave.
