I have known Malcolm, or should I say ‘Mr Welton’ for 21years. We had our ups and downs as District Councillors, but over the last few years, we became good friends and talked to each other regularly. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. God bless you Malcolm and rest in peace.

My heartfelt condolences to Malcolm's friends and family. I have known Malcolm for many years through my association with the Parish Council as councillor and past Chairman, and spent many Saturday mornings in the Parish office at surgery time, chatting and putting the world to rights. A great character who will be sadly missed.
