In loving memory of Lesley Yvonne ALLEN who tragically passed away at home on 4th March 2020

The family ask that where possible, bright colours be worn to reflect her personality.

Donations in lieu of flowers to MIND

NOTE:
We are following the current government guidelines very carefully in order to protect our families and staff, whilst we know this is a difficult time we would like to ask you to respect the guidelines in place too.

Only 10 immediate family members will be able to enter the chapel.

If you are attending to pay your respects and you are not one of the 10 immediate family members please DO NOT enter the chapel, please remain distant from one another outside.

Please download and print an order of service to bring with you.

Do not attend if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or are an at risk person.

Whilst this is not our current practise, we are following guidelines set out by the government and crematorium this is out of our control.
