In loving memory of Carol Ann Gilbert who sadly passed away on 27th February 2020 in The Royal Derby Hospital aged 74 Years. Carol will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.

Nana,
Since you’ve been gone it’s like a tiny piece of me is missing.
When I was born you where the first to see me and the days the angels took you I was the last to say good bye.
That unconditional bond Between us will never die.

I can’t thank you enough for all the love and support you’ve given me over the years and always had faith in what ever I wanted to do.

Louie and George love you very much and I’ll keep reminding them of you and tell them story’s when they get older.
