In loving memory of Jessie Johnston who sadly passed away on 25th February 2020. My mum was one of 7 children, born to Joseph and Ellen Ferns. Sisters, Mary, Nellie, Lizzie, Annie, Josephine and a brother John. Mum left school at 15 and went to work in a brickyard, she then went on to work as a silver service waitress, just some of the many jobs she had. She married in 1965 and had 4 children, Joseph, Anne, John and James. She also had 8 grandchildren, Andrew, Neil, Matthew, Lynne, Jackie, Scott, Zac and Milo. She also had 8 great grandchildren, Kieran, Elliott, Jessica, Finley, Isabella, Jade, Leyla and Owen. Mum lived for her family, and it was very sad that mum passed away during the lockdown caused by the Corona virus. This meant that friends and family were unable to attend her funeral. Lynn's have this obituary service so relatives and friends can leave personal messages. RIP mum, United again with all your siblings and parents xx
