Stephen Whittall, 2nd January 1957 – 19th February 2020
Stephen or Steve as he was known was a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and not least a friend to so so many.
He was an accomplished firefighter and a keen sportsman, enjoying both football and rugby. It was through this love of sport that he helped coach a generation of new players into the game of rugby. He loved to cook for his family, often experimenting with recipes.. results were mixed. Steve also had a bit of a performer in him and could be heard singing Mac the Knife at many, many karaoke evenings.
Steve undoubtebly graced and enriched many lives in his lifetime. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Those wishing to honor his life can make a donation in his name via this page to either Mind or the British Heart Foundation.

Steve was a diamond & after Steve died he would pop round & let Chay play on the fire engine! He was a great guy & will be sorely missed, but I can just imagine some of the shenanigans he & Steve will be up to now! Love & hugs to the family from me & Chay
