In loving memory of Elizabeth Venables who sadly passed away on 28th February 2020

Natasha Crossland wrote

Elizabeth used to come to the salon that I worked at and was the most cheerful, positive person you could wish to meet. The last time I saw her I didn't charge for her treatment as she was quite ill and had been through so much, so a few days later she sent her husband in with a bottle of prosecco and a card for me. How lovely. I kept the card and have just found it amongst my things and it made me wonder about her. I'm so sad to see that she passed. Best wishes to her family and friends.

I will always remember my Auntie Liz laughing. She had the best laugh and a smile that would light up a room. She was a great auntie, and an amazing sister to my mum and Auntie Mais. Sending my love to my lovely cousins and I hope seeing all the beautiful words on here bring you some comfort knowing how loved she was. I'm so glad you're out of pain now Auntie Liz, you deserved better than that, give Pop and Gran a big hug from me. A la perchoine xxx

I am so sorry to hear that dear Elizabeth has passed away and my thoughts and prayers are with Paul and all the family.
We became friends many years ago at Catering College and kept in touch ever since. I loved hearing from her, she was such a friendly caring person and I know how much she will be missed.
We will all have lovely memories of a very special person and never forget you.
Rest in peace, love Marion and Jim

Liz, my dear cousin was the most kind and selfless person I know, never forgetting you and always staying in touch. My mother, Auntie Betty, so looked forward to Liz’s regular chatty letters with all her news. She was a very special person and such a loss. My heartfelt condolences to Paul, Jean, Sharon and all her family.

My mum.....a strong, loving, caring family woman. You gave so much and took little. You were a proud and private soul who had a strength I can only hope for. Your legacy lives on through me and my sister Sharon and your three gorgeous grandchildren - Dylan, Daniel and Megan. Love and miss you more than you will ever know. Xx
