I will always fondly remember Mike as a great colleague and a kind and thoughtful friend. A fierce competitor when we played golf as younger men but oh, what wonderful company he was! Sadly neither Maurice or I can make the celebration of Mike’s life but the uplifting memories will always be there. Here’s to a round or two in your memory - both golf and of course, as always, in the nineteenth!
