Passed away peacefully at home on 11th Feb 2020 aged 65.
Funeral to be held on Friday 28th Feb 2020 at 3.30pm, at St Faiths Crematorium, and afterwards at the Norfolk Mead Hotel, Coltishall.
Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations to the NNUH Charitable Trust can be made on the day or c/o Shayne Stork Family Funeral Services 104 - 106 Sprowston Road Norwich NR3 4QW Donations will be given to the Edgefield Urology Ward.
