On 11th February 2020, peacefully at Claremont House Residential Home, Heckmondwike, of Dewsbury and formerly of Leeds, aged 76 years, Pat, dearly loved wife of Jeff, much loved mum of Jeff and Debra, dear mother-in-law of Carol and Rod and beloved grandma of Joe.
Funeral Service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 27th February 2020 at 1:15pm. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be placed in the collection box provided or sent to George Brooke Ltd, Funeral Directors, for the benefit of Alzheimer's Research and the Activity Organiser at Claremont House.
Mourning clothes are not essential, please wear a touch of colour in memory of Pat.
