In loving memory of Gordon Shaw who sadly passed away on 8th February 2020. Gordon was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He was also one of 9 siblings so leaves behind a huge family that will miss him dearly.

Gordon would do anything for anyone and helped anyone who needed it. He loved to have a laugh and a joke with people and was always up to his tricks. We would love to hear stories about any fond memories of when Gordon has helped you, made you laugh or brightened up your day, as he brightened all of ours.

Gordon was a very good friend to me I have known him for over 35 years. We had many good nights at the Danesholme Club and good holidays together. We went to the Queen concert in 1986 at Knebworth which was an unforgettable night and he even put me on his shoulders so I could get a better view of Freddie. Gordon was always there to help me out and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was my Sat Nav before they came out as I often would go places and get lost and have to call him to help me get home. He will be sadly missed love Mark x
