Happy 97th Birthday to a wonderful Father, whose love was so precious words cannot explain.
He live out the dream he had many years ago, dreaming of my Mum before He met her. Lived a life trusting God. His entire life loving God and protected the Family God gave Him after He became one with His lifetime partner, my Mum.
Daddy I know that U r not here with me today here in spirit and ur unconditional since my birth.
Daddy u lived out ur dream with God, Ur Wife of 67yrs and ur children to the end.
Thank u Daddy for leaving such a wonderful legacy for me to cherish. Love and misses u dearly.
Rest In Peace Daddy Dearest until we meet again at Heaven’s Gate with U and Mummy Dearest.
Love u Eternally.

My dear sweet Father passed away on February 12th 2020, it was so hard for me to accept because it was to me a life of having such precious Parents here on earth the earthly journey was over. I did not want to believe it but arriving home to London, where our journey began years ago I had to accept. They were so precious to me and my siblings. Mum, Dad and l hold a bond that only God understands, and not matter what negative things one have to say to me will never break that bond or my heart. They both loved me unconditionally all my live while they were here journeying on with me. Yes a special bond.
Mum left us nearly three years ago now Dad and her r resting in the bosom of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
Dad was a provider in every way, a real man who accepted life’s challenges and use them to grow, I know because I watched him over the years being a loving husband to my Mum
and a caring Father and Grandfather, Great and Great Great Grandfather.
From the age of three years old his Parents accepted the Seventh Day Adventist Faith and he trusted in the Lord and His Faith in the Holy scriptures until the day He went home to be with His Creator.
Dad’s world was His Lord, Wife, Children. Church and work. He was the best cook ever. There was no time that anyone in His journey ever complained about the meals he prepared.
His favorite game was dominoes but he was not the best partner. He loved the game so much that he was not too happy when he was losing 😜. Any way his friends loved and respected him as he did likewise.
Dad’s best buddies Bro Phillip Fuller(London)
and Bro Emery Barrett (Florida) both preceded Him in death. But they both spend wonderful years with Dad.
All the people in Dad’s life journey loved and respected him, and he did likewise, always give someone a helping hand.
My life with my Father was a blessed one, He kept His promise to God and took care of His darling Wife, my Mum for 67yrs as He made His commitment β€œ till death us do part β€œ and to His children and their children He remain in our life until He took His last breath. Hours before He took His last breath on a video call, He looked into my eyes and with a soft sweet voice told me He love me, and told Him that I love Him too.
Daddy I know u cannot hear me now, I just would like to repeat what I have always say to u, thank u for loving me with an unconditional love. U were a loving Father and I thank God for both u and Mum who gave us an opportunity to live a better life as u travelled with us ur children from Jamaica πŸ‡―πŸ‡² to EnglandπŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ and even when u decided to travel again after we all were grown with our own Families u gave us the opportunity again to join u in ur adventure in AmericaπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ. There the Family again was extend, Even on ur return England the Family grew.
I miss u and Mum so much Dad, we spent so many years together in Florida.
We were so close that we were called the β€œ The Three Musketeers”.
Thank u Dad for the legacy of love, care and ur commitment to the Lord as our Prayer Warrior. All ur life u did not change u lived a Christian life to the fullest as u journeyed on I life. Despite the ups and downs and ur change in ways at times, we know God was in control because u never leave us, thank u so much Dad that u were my Dad until years after being Grandmother myself u were alway near.
My Dad was the last of His 12 Siblings to die and also the last of His generation of the Corrodus Family.
So proud to be ur daughter, and to have u in my life up until u went home to take ur rest at a ripe age of 96yrs old, within a month after ur passing Dad u would have been 97yrs old.
Words r inadequate to describe how much I miss u. But r now in God’s Hands as u always say sleeping resting in the bosom of Jesus with Mum. So take ur rest Daddy Dearest until we meet again at Heaven’s Gate.
Love u Eternally.
