In loving memory of Hazel May Roberts who sadly passed away on 1st February 2020.
Hazel was a devoted mother to Barbara, Chris and Pat. Grandmother to Paul, Lisa, Helen, Louise and Leanne, and Great Grandmother to Tanesha, Keilan, Laniyah, Aidan, Jessica, Gregory, Saphia, Callum and Mitchell.
Hazels funeral is to be held on Tuesday 18th February, at 2.15 at Bramcote Crematorium all friends are welcome.
The family are kindly asking for family flowers only. If anyone wishes, they can contribute to The Alzheimers Society in Hazels memory, a charity that became extremely close to the families hearts in Hazels later years.
