In loving memory of Gordon Walker (Blue) who sadly passed away on 18 January peacefully in St Gemma’s Hospice, Leeds, aged 73.

Gordon was a much loved Son of the late David and Evelyn, loving and adored Husband to Carol, wonderful Dad to Peter, Linda and Jo, and Father-in-law to Kate, Neil and James, fantastic Grandad to Dan, Tom, Rachael, Ben and Georgia, loving big Brother to Kevin, Mick, Mavis, Marlene, Margaret and Paul. Gordon will also be sorely missed by all his In-Laws, Nieces, Nephews and many Friends.

Gordon was a true family man and wanted nothing more than to know that all his family were healthy and happy. He kept himself to himself but was always there to help others when needed.

Gordon loved to have a pint or two (or more!) with his friends and family in The Three Hulats and all who knew him will know that he would not want tears or sad faces or any fuss. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him

The family have requested no flowers at the service but instead to make a donation to St Gemma’s Hospice for all the care and support given to Gordon and his family. A collection box will be available at the service.

Our hearts go out to Carol, Peter,Linda and Jo and the rest of Gordon’s family. Gordon was a lovely down to earth character and we will miss him. We considered him part of our family too. The picture of Gordon is a really nice one of him, taken at Joanne and Jamie’s Wedding in Rhodes. We will always have those memories of a great time.
