In loving memory of Jade Louise Scott who sadly passed away on 6th December 2019
The family wish to announce the sad sudden passing of Jade, aged 28 years and cherished Mum of Logan & Braydon. An adored daughter of Rob & Julie, loving sister to Eathan. Much loved Grand Daughter of Rita, Chris and Angela.
Special Niece to Uncle Les, Aunty Lisa, Aunty Rhion and Uncle Mark.
Jade will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her
Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her service on Thursday 9th January at St Mary's Church, Barry at 10:45am, followed by interment at Barry Cemetery.
