I knew Kenneth and his brother Graham in the 1980s, when we were at Maclay Hall and later the Red Road flats and studying at Glasgow University, young men growing up together. I remember a lot of hilarious times, no sad ones, and real friendships made. Kenneth was very conscientious about his studies, a talented artist and very humorous writer in the evenings. But to pick just one memory of those times, it's me and Kenneth lying in our beds in our room in the middle of the night, regularly listening to Jim Waugh the "Nighthawk" on Radio Clyde as he told ridiculous ghost stories and laughing at it all. Such a lovely and clever guy, no side to him, so sad about his health battles over the last few years. My condolences to his excellent brother Graham and to all Kenneth's family and friends who will miss him so, thanks for all the happy memories and friendship.
