In loving memory of Reita Olga Chambers who passed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on Monday 18th November 2019, aged 88 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Gordon, loving mother of Julie & Jane, mother-in-law to Kevin & Mark, a much loved Nan of Paul, James & Michael, cousin, auntie and friend to many. She will be sadly missed by all.
