Terry was one in a million. I am honoured to have been his friend. A gem of a man, kind, wise and funny. And a brilliant poet- brilliant . Kieran and I will miss him.

Rest peacefully Terry. Will always remember me, you and Gavin sat with the guitar and a few beers. None of us could play but we would write songs with us doing one line each and the other strumming the guitar. Was the best laugh and one of my childhood memories and for that I thank you. God bless. Thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Daddy, my heart is in a million pieces, I didn't know it was possible to hurt this much but you will feel no more pain and for that I am thankful. Your suffering is finally over and I can only hope you will now rest in piece. It was a privilege to be with you as you took your last breath. You left us on Remembrance Sunday, you were my soldier daddy xx
