Heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Sam Smalldon, family member who we never got to know in this lifetime. Please know that we are thinking about you at this sad time, and understand, as we have only just returned from UK after attending the funeral of Dorothy Gist (nee Smalldon) in Barnstaple. We would love to get to know you when your time of mourning has passed. God bless you all.

I only got to meet Sam for the 1st time 2 yrs ago when I 1st attended the Veterans breakfast club but in that short space if time his larger than life character and golden heart have had a fair old impact on me. I'm immensely proud to be able to say he was, is a friend, and one I'll never forget. He's left some massive boots to fill in the veteran community. Stand easy sapper your duty done, till we meet again at the final rv
