On 4th November 2019, safe in the arms of love, at Kirkwood Hospice, aged 40 years, Matthew, loving husband of Helen, daddy of Phoebe, Charlotte and James, a beloved son, brother, son in law and brother in law.
Family and friends are asked to gather at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 21st November 2019 for the funeral service at 11.30am, followed by refreshments and a chance to remember Matthew at Ponderosa, Lakeside Restaurant.
Donations in memory of Matthew may be sent to George Brooke Ltd., or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Kirkwood Hospice.
