sorry mama- the coolest uncle i know. Laid back but still strict enough to shout at me when getting D's in exams. Active and making me play cricket at mellows park knowing i could not catch. introducing me to german food- from salamis to pepperonis. Making baldness look cool and sexy. Being my bent nose partner. Laughing at my 'give me high 4 1/2' joke instead of 'high 5'. Known for making amazing lasagnes and not burning the cheese like most mothers. Cutting the turkey every christmas. Always giving me champagne at birthday parties on the sly. Decorating pretty much everyones 'functions'. Just for being a good laugh...

Dear Soori Mama,
I know that you're still with us, guiding us through everything that we do. I'm sorry we couldn't do more for you near the end but I promise that we will fulfil all that you didn't find the time for. You will forever be in my heart, and we will all miss you more than you would have ever expected.

When I think of Soori mama I remember the joker he was, always making the mums scream with laughter and the dads roaring in delight. His incredible cooking left the kids drooling for more and the adults trying to steal all the kids food. But most of all Soori mama was the talented handyman behind the scenes, the magician who made all our parties come to life and the peacekeeper amongst everyone. I have never met a more hard-working, genuine and selfless person, and it was an absolute privilege knowing him. R.I.P Soori Mama, we are high fiveing you wherever you are. xxxx
