In loving memory of Sandra Pamela Evans who sadly passed away on 27th September 2019
Peacefully at Llandough Hospital, Sandra, A devoted wife to Dennis and much loved Mum of Martin, Nessa, Nicci, Denise, Colin, Jo, Kirsty and Leigh.
Cherished Nan to all her grandchildren and an adored Nanny Sandra to her great grandchildren.
She will Be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sandra is resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Thursday 10th October at 11:00am
Family floral tributes only - donations if desired may be made at the service to support Marie Curie Hospice, Penarth in memory of Sandra.
Sandra's family wish to sincerely thank All at Ward West 6 at LLandough Hospital & Cardiff Homecare Services for their dedicated care and support always shown to Sandra.
