Peacefully at home on September 19th aged 85 years, Joe. The dearly loved husband of the late Jessie. The loving dad of Dave, Joe, Gary and Julie. A much loved father-in-law, grandad, great-grandad, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and special friend of many. Friends please meet for service on Monday September 30th in St Andrew’s Parish Church, Chilton Moor at 1.00pm. Committal to follow in Durham Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to Burnside Working Men’s Club for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if so desired will be kindly received for the work of the local Macmillan Nurses. A donation box will be provided at the Church. All enquiries to Andrew Grey Funeral Directors, 9 North View Terrace, Chilton Moor. Tel: 0191 385 7213. Sadly missed and never forgotten.
