In loving memory of Hilary Joy Bonsor.
Mum who was a loving wife and mother of three sadly passed away on 22rd August 2019 at the age of 82. Mum was eight when the second world war ended and the ability to be self sufficient with a mend and make do attitude followed her through life. As a teenager she loved swimming and was a member of the synchronised swimming team as well as playing pro tennis and badminton. She attended college and qualified as a secretary going on to have a career working in Westcliff library before leaving to start a family. Mum faced several tough challenges which included a divorce, facing homelessness, and redundancy, but managed to keep us safe and together. Mum finally found true love with Ernest and they spent 40 years of happy marriage together. Mum will be sadly missed by us all.
