Peacefully at Llandough Hospital - Adrian, loving husband to Cesaria and a much loved Dad to Jarryd & Tracey
Adrian will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him
Resting at Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Barry until his Service to take place at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Friday 30th August at 1:00pm
Family ask that you wear something blue, yellow or white
