In loving memory of Pete Wilde who sadly passed away on 19th July 2019

Pete was born in Northampton a twin. The family moved frequently due to their Father's Army career. So next stop was Widnes, followed a few years later by a move to Sheffield where he spent his teenage years.

Pete attended Silverdale and High Storrs School in Sheffield. He then joined the Army - the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers (REME).
After leaving the Army Pete worked as a Plant Fitter for various Sheffield Plant Repair businesses before forming the partnership 'South Yorkshire Plant Repairs'. He later became a sole trader as 'Pete Wilde Plant' establishing a reputation for reliability and trustworthiness. Diagnosis of his illness came shortly before retirement.

Pete leaves behind his wife Elke, their three sons and two grandchildren.

The family is asking for donations to MacMillan Cancer Support instead of flowers. Thank You.
