Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on June 25th 2019 aged 60 Years.
Dearly loved wife of Derek, much loved mum of Micheal and Louise, Nanny of Mia and Joshua, treasured sister of Tracey and brother in law Mike.
A special heartfelt thank you to all the staff and doctors at Trinity Street Surgery and the staff at Priscilla Bacon Hospice.
Funeral service to be held at St Faiths Crematorium on Monday 8th July at 3:30 pm.
