A Thanksgiving Service will be held in the Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby Crematorium on Monday 8th July 2019 at 12.45pm.
No flowers by request please, donations in memory of Guy may be placed in the Collection Box after the service and will be forwarded to the mental health charity, Mind.
