Peacefully at Ty Gwyn Nursing Home, Penarth – Pat, devoted wife to the late Peter, much loved Mum of Keith, Richard and the late Jeffery. Special mother in law of Serena & Andrea, A loving Nan of the late Chris, Step Nan of Ben & Caitlin.
Funeral service to take place at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road, Barry on Monday 1st July at 11:00am.
Family flowers only – donations if desired may be made at the service or via this online tribute page to support
