I knew Stephen for around ten years on a professional level. He will always be remembered as a gentle person with a kind heart. The world is a poorer place without him.
God bless you Stephen xx

To Katharine and the family I worked with Steve first in 1997 and remembered him meeting you, getting married - Graham and I came to your party, and having the children. Although our paths went very different ways we stayed in touch. My last chat was via LinkedIn and when he was diagnosed. Lots of prayers and thoughts for you all as you navigate the sometimes difficult and sometimes surprising cycle of grieving. I will always remember him. Best wishes Frances

Steve and I never met, we just spoke over the phone and via Facebook. I first reached out to him about 18 months ago to pick his brains when I was setting up as a property finder in East Anglia. This led onto further conversations and later to regular catch up calls, Facebook friendship and messages. We just naturally got on well, both being of the same age and in the same line of business helped but so did his generous and warm nature. He was always upbeat, always. Even this year his messages and updates were always inspiring, determined and cheerful. I sent him a message last week and then found out the sad news. Although we never met and our friendship was relatively short I feel I have lost a good friend. To Steve’s family please accept my condolences, my thoughts are with you.

A fellow sufferer but much too young to leave us. Steve played a special part in our new home for which I will always be grateful.
