Helena Grant donated £200 in memory of Freda

In memory of mum we held an afternoon tea party at her house. Mum was an amazing artist and we invited neighbours and friends to view her artwork and for a donation they could choose one of her paintings as a keepsake. I am very pleased to say we raised £200 for the osteoporosis society. Thanks mum x

Freda and Ivan were two of the first people we met 36 years ago. We met them at St Edith's Church where they were regular church goers. Freda supported different functions at the village hall over the years including Kirby Cafe. She was a warm and friendly member of our community.

  • Pete and I were so lucky to have this beautiful lady as our neighbour and friend in Sutton Avenue, Coventry when we moved into our new house in 1963! She will be remembered fondly.
