I had the pleasure of working with Jan for many years. She was quirky, funny and also very kind. She was definitely her own person and people liked that about her. We had lots of laughs and good times. She always talked about her girls and later John came into her life. She was definitely a person who reaped what she sowed as she was well loved.

I send my sympathy to all her family and friends on the loss of a lovely person.

I only got to know auntie Janet again in her last few months. She was always so warm and welcoming, with lots of memories from my childhood, although it was only a short time I will remember her with love and affection.

Dear John & Girls

Your wife/mother was a really fab' person to know. Janet worked with me at Camerons - I was very much into the corporate gusto of the time but really loved Janet for being such a beautiful person who matched that with her personality, calmness and just for being the antithesis of what the firm we worked for was all about. Despite our differences, I liked to think we got on well and I have lovely memories of her. Sometimes you look back and think why oh why but I am so thankful that when I interviewed her, I was not too blind to see the great person qualities she could bring to our office. Great decision.

You have lost in the physical sense a truly wonderful person who you were able to have and enjoy all of the time - for many of us who knew her for what in many cases is in comparison but a blink of an eye, she has left a big positive mark on us. I do hope that I have the good fortune to meet up with her again wherever we go to after our earthly demise.

God bless you all

Chris
