A truly sad loss to this world, you have been taken far too soon Dean. I am honoured to have been able to call you a friend, you have given me and those around us so many good and crazy memories over the years. Thank you for being who you were, you will never be forgotten.

In August of 2016 I waited with my family in a park in Colchester. It had been 26 years since we last met. I was nervous, our lives having taken different paths, but there you were, larger than life. Same mischief in your eyes and a quirky smile. I shall be forever grateful that my family could meet you, family is important. I too remember fondly the visits to Clacton, St. Osyth and silly adventures and maybe a little bit of trouble. Tonight, from our side of the pond we shall toast our remembrance and wish God Speed (or whomever is out there). Auntie Eileen, Sophie and family sending our love, for support, and for peace and healing. xoxoxo

Hey Dean the last time i saw you was some years back. Sporting dreads not the latest tachinni tracksuit back in our youth!. You were such a cheeky, likeable and an all round great guy to grow up with through high school and point clear. The brightest characters on earth make the brightest stars and sadly you wont be there alone xxx much love

While we didn't get to share too many memories together I fondly remember the times when our trips to the UK included visting with you. A star will shine a little brighter now that it has your bright light. Sorry I won't be there to attend in person, but will be having a drink, or two, to celebrate your life. RIP Dean. Sophie, Aunite Eileen and family sending love and hugs and hope to see you soon xxxx0000
