In loving memory of Lillian Archer who sadly passed away on 21st April 2019
Lillian or “Liz” as she was known to many was born in Bromley, Kent on the 29 July 1925, where she spent her early years.
She was a “Clippie” (bus conductor) in London during the blitz of the Second World War.
Brought up her children with her husband Percy in Basingstoke, Tadley and then Chester.
Started a new life and was a manager for the ladies fashion chain, Richard Shops in Wrexham, Northwich and Derby.
She loved to listen to jazz music which is how she met her partner of 34 years Geoffrey Brewer.
They owned and ran an office supplies and photocopier business in Derby till they retired to Bulkington.
They traveled extensively, going on cruises and visiting many parts of the world over the years.
Liz was a very positive person, interacted easily with everyone, an optimist and always had a smile.
Mark and John
