Jane Nokes (28 Jan 1954 - 5 Apr 2019)

My first symptoms of ALS occurred in 2014, but was diagnosed in 2016. I had severe symptoms ranging from shortness of breath, balance problems, couldn't walk without a walker or a power chair, i had difficulty swallowing and fatigue. I was given medications which helped but only for a short burst of time, then I decided to try alternative measures and began on ALS Formula treatment from Tree of Life Health clinic. What a beautiful photo. I have very fond memories of Jane at the National School. Even when she broke her leg, she still managed to look glamorous. I am so sorry this cruel disease took you but your spirit will live forever on.

Jane was exceptional, inspirational and sensational. I am grateful for the many opportunities I had of working with her. I admired her style, her drive and her determination. So sad that I will never see her again, but glad she has been freed from such a cruel disease. I will miss her.

There are no words to express how sad this is, and how hard it is to believe that she has gone. My thoughts are with her friends and family, in remembrance of all the good and happy times.
