Sylvia Harvey (16 Feb 1942 - 15 Feb 2015)

In loving memory of the late Sylvia Harvey who sadly passed away on 15th February 2015 aged 72 years. Much loved mam of Kevin, Alan, Jackie, Debbie and Ray. Loving Nan and Ma-Mar and devoted owner of Marnie and Mojo.

Mum sadly passed away at 4.00pm on the 15th February 2015.She desperately wanted to make her birthday which was 8 hrs away...she fought as she always did by tooth and nail but was tired and worn.In her last 3 weeks she laughed, she cried, she threw rays paper balls at all her kids, we laughed some more,we cuddled ,we talked, she told us she loved us.She told the district nurses ,doctors and macmillan nuses she loved us all..forever singing our praises right till the end.She even smacked jennys bottom one night.She made us laugh. All my life, for as long as i could remember i never cuddled and kissed my mum....the last three weeks were very different. She even said to me she loved me and ' i bet you never thought you would be this close and loving to me did you Al' . I would have lost a limb to have had one more day with this fantastic mother....rest in peace my wonderful mum xx
