Peacefully in hospital on March 11th, aged 68 yrs, Joy (nee Carter) devoted wife of Rick, much loved mam of Tina and Jane, dear mother in law of Denis precious nana of Luke. Also a dear friend to many. Family and friends please meet for service in Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday March 26th at 11.30 am. All floral tributes to be sent to Manor House Funeral Services, Blackwood House, 75/77 Blackwood Road, Town End Farm, Tel (0191) 536 5000.

This is such a shock, Joy was always a happy go lucky person and it was a pleasure to go to work when you knew Joy was in. Joy will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
