We will remember Alan as a very calm and gentle man, always happy to chat. He tried so hard throughout his illness and the way he dealt with it is an inspiration to us. We have known Alan and his family for a long time - we will miss him. Linda, Mick, Will & George

In loving memory of Alan Davis who sadly passed away on 18th February 2015 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Survived by his son Jim (Robin) and daughter Phillippa, Alan was a much loved father who will live on in the hearts of those he left behind. He will be sorely missed by companion Lesley, brother Brian, Carole and the grandchildren Jack, Holly and Emily as well as a great many more family and friends.
All who knew him are welcome to attend his funeral. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to AMMF, the UK's only charity concerned with raising awareness and funding research into Bile Duct Cancer, or the Stroke Association, as sadly Alan suffered a stroke at Christmas.

Our condolences to Alan"s family. We will miss Alan popping in for a cup of tea and hearing the latest news on his new cars. We have great memories particularly when Alan and Jim visited us in South West Florida, we all had a great time, we will miss him.
