Our lives as Brother in-laws (Kev & Dave)
In the early days, Kev and I didn't really get on that well if I said black Kev would say white if I said a certain model of car I liked Kev would say the opposite if I said take a certain route, Kev always suggested another way, when I was decorating in a certain way, Kev would say why don't you do it this way. The same with Beer if I bought certain beers Kev would want a different one, anyway, that was Kev and me.
As time went on we were Brothers-in-law and friends, yes we had a dig at each other every time the occasion arose, especially over a beer in the company of the sisters, plenty of banter was had, we still preferred different choices in beer though.
The years rolled by and we became good friends and enjoyed each other's company especially social occasions and holidays, talking of holidays I don't think Kev ever forgave me for walking him halfway around San Francisco as I wanted a draught beer as Kev was happy with his bottle of bud. we were at the stage where Kev and I would stand up for each other against the sisters and we would wind them up and have a good laugh watching them getting annoyed. we had some great times and feel cheated out of spending more holidays with Kev and miss the fun and laughter we would have had.
Kev I hope that you are looking down on us and still supporting me with the sisters because I am not brave enough by myself. But don't worry mate I will keep a close eye on Sue for you and help her whenever I can.
God Bless Kev from your Brother-in-law and good friend Dave.
